Spencer Seeking New Businesses

Village of Spencer Seeking New Businesses

The Village of Spencer, located in central Wisconsin, is actively seeking new businesses and industries to diversify job opportunities within the community. The Village of Spencer is proud to have a diverse amount of business and industry thriving in the community. With the goal of broadening Spencer's industrial base, the Village has 20 acres available for development in the Spencer Industrial Business Park.  Current businesses located in the park include Lang Fiber Products, Gosse Chiropractic, General Farm Supply, Spencer Swamp Stompers, and other private owners.  Sewer, water and paved streets serve the development. Electricity and Natural Gas are available at the site and the property is priced very affordably at just $1,300.00 per acre.

Besides local industry, Spencer is home to a Northcentral Technical College Campus and has an active Chamber of Commerce and other community improvement groups.  Currently a new Veterans Memorial Park is being developed and has been generously supported by private donations.
